At a joint meeting of all party bodies and officials, New Serbian Democracy (NSD) unanimously backed party leader Andrija Mandic to hold talks with Democratic People’s Party (DNP) leader Milan Knezevic to define a common approach on issues important to the Serbian community, stressing that unity makes them stronger. The meeting reaffirmed a unanimous decision to preserve the NSD–DNP coalition “For the Future of Montenegro” (ZBCG). NSD also authorised Mandic to hold talks with Prime Minister Milojko Spajic and leaders of the parliamentary majority, emphasising the importance of cooperation, political stability, and remaining within the ruling coalition to prevent a return of the former DPS regime. Party officials described the meeting as taking place in an atmosphere of unity and mutual understanding, underlining a commitment to gradual reforms, strong partnerships, and continued participation in government despite DNP’s recent exit from the cabinet.
